Translation agency for the translation of brochures and manuals straight into InDesign

You can request a no-obligation quotation from us by emailing us the InDesign document. Should the document be too large to send by email, then you also have the option of contacting us and we can send you a safe link where you can upload the file. You will receive a quotation as quickly as possible once the Project Manager is in receipt of your text.
We will start the translation in InDesign as soon as you have confirmed acceptance of our quotation. You will receive the completed translation back within the agreed timescales.
Many customers send us a PDF print of the InDesign text. We can translate this PDF and send it back to you in Word. However, this isn’t that efficient, as you will need to convert the translation back into InDesign again at some later stage. You can also arrange for a printer or (external) layout designer to do this for you, but in both cases it will cost you extra money and/or time. If you are able to provide us with the original InDesign file, we will also be able to provide you with the completed translation in InDesign. This will save you or your printer a lot of cutting and pasting.
You will usually only need to adjust the layout once we have sent back the completed translation. This is because the text will usually become either larger or smaller when translated in various different languages, which means your text may have shifted somewhat in comparison to the original document.
As we work together with experienced layout professionals, we will also be able to organise the layout activities for you, ensuring you can start using your document instantly!
Please use the quotation request form on the right if you would like a quotation. Alternatively, you also have the option of sending us your documents for translations via email.
