Processing speed

We generally respond to your quote request emailed to our general email address or submitted via the quote request form within the hour.

Large translation projects sometimes require more time to determine the correct word count and price. In this case, you will receive a message informing you we are working on your request. In particular, scanned documents, PDF files and XML or Open Office files always take some time. But it’s certainly worth the wait, as we take the number of repetitions when determining the price into consideration.

If you really cannot wait, please give us a call. We can usually always fit in a small but urgent translation. We don’t just live up to our name when it comes to finishing a translation, but also when preparing a quote.

Each of our country teams receives about one hundred orders a day. Our translators and project managers work under high pressure. At peak levels, they even handle more than one hundred and fifty orders a day. We will of course notify you in the rare case that our response will be delayed.
