Project Manager Translations

We are currently looking for:
Project Managers for the Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, French, Belgium and Dutch markets.
As a Project Manager, you will mainly be involved in organising our clients' translation assignments.
You will be involved in the complete translation project from the quote up to and including the invoice. You will be in contact with the client and you will be communicating with translators and working on several translation projects at the same time.
You need to be able to deal with (at times) extremely short deadlines and you must be able to multitask. You will be communicating with the client and translator by telephone and email in English or in your native language.
You have a thorough verbal and written command of your native language and you are good at English.
Fluency in another language is also preferable.
You are accustomed to working with software such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and possibly also with Trados or any other CAT tool. Due to the variety and (at times) complex type of documents you will be working with, we expect you to posses a broad general knowledge to almost an academic or a School of Higher Vocational Education level because you will be dealing with topics from the ship building industry to the manufacture of biscuits.
You will not be translating or editing texts yourself, but you - as the Project Manager - will mediate and advise the client as well as the translator.
